I used to planed menus weekly, bud at the shopping, reality got me when I found out the specials of the week, then I said to myself: “from now I’ll get all the catalogues of Coles, Woollies and then I’ll plan the weekly menu”, so reality got me again, get to shopping and find out that the specials gone, or is not what we like… so now I make a quick menu mentally (keeping busy to my brain…) and then at the supermarket make the menus or at least most of it. So far so good.

I still think that planning ahead and not throwing any food out at the end of the week saves more
